Welcome to Fair Trade World Photography. This site serves as a way to learn about the beautiful culture and people of the Himalayas and the issues they are facing. A gallery has been set up with photographs taken in the village myself and my friend from India, Tsering Kunzes, are presently living and working in. This site allows you to personally contribute to the children of the Himalayas.
We have been in Nepal in a remote region teaching students English in the local government school. The gallery provides intimate photographs of the villagers and school children we live among. The hope of this website is to sell the photography on this to purchase supplies for the children in these schools. Individual ready to be framed photographs will be sold at a cost of $25. The payments will be sent to me here in Nepal and my mother will proceed to ship the photographs to you. Further donations can be made by using the Donate button on the right hand side of every page. Special orders can also be arranged through contacting me personally. Please consider giving a photograph as a gift to yourself or in someone’s name. In this gift, we believe there is hope for long term sustainable solutions in combating pollution, social justice and health issues through empowering local people. For more information about where your donated dollars will go please see above.
